Resolved Question: What are the community colleges located near kitsap peninsula,WA?

My husband is in the navy and being stationed in Bangor,WA. I am young and looking to continue school. I would like to know what are the best accredited community colleges in this area, as my husband and i will be living on the peninsula probably as near to the base as we can. Also, I would like to try and find a school that helps spouses of active military with finances and will offer in-state tuition or close to it even though I will not be a "resident" of Washington.
